VR VertriebsServiceCenter eG and Synpulse8 launch groundbreaking project to improve seizure automation for cooperative banks
Synpulse and VR VertriebsServiceCenter eG have entered a strategic collaboration to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into seizure automation for cooperative banks. The goal is to handle processes automatically and efficiently with high quality in order to achieve cost savings.
The cost-effective processing of seizure claims is of high interest for cooperative banks. By integrating AI technologies in conjunction with RPA (Robotic Process Automation), processes are optimised and risks minimised.
André Burger, Senior Partner at Synpulse emphasised the importance of this collaboration: "We are convinced that this partnership will take seizure automation processing to a new level.
